Can You Sue Someone for Giving You an STD / STI (Sexually Transmitted Disease) in New Hampshire?
Getting an STI or STD a/k/a Sexually Transmitted Disease and be dramatically life altering. When someone knows or should have known they are carrying an STD they need to be a responsible person and tell you before you have any kind of physical contact NOT AFTER. It is a despicable thing to do to another person, and yes, there are people who want to spread it to others because they are mad, they were given one by someone else. If you have one, please be careful and truthful. If you get one, do something about it so hopefully no one else gets it from the person who gave it to you.
