Important points to consider: New Hampshire does have a special driving rule that allows someone who has had his/her license revoked to be able to continue to drive during revocation in certain circumstances.  You cannot get the special license to drive while under suspension until 45 days after you received the suspension: you must have an enhanced technology ignition interlock device installed in order to drive. You can get this special license only if you are on your first DWI, OUI or DUI and was not driving a commercial vehicle.  As a condition of receiving this special license you must also keep the interlock device in your vehicle for an additional year after getting your license back.  Below you can read the reasons you are able to drive with the special license. Work is the one I get the most calls for, but students who need to get to classes and spouses who need to get their spouse to medical treatments are other significant reasons.  There are many other reasons also:
